Returns & Exchanges

Third Man Records accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened condition. Please note that opened vinyl, limited edition releases, and digital downloads are generally considered final sale.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the items in their original mailer or a sturdy box to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us; refunds are processed once the items are inspected.
