How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that during special releases or holiday seasons, fulfillment may take slightly longer due to high volume.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees.
What is the return policy for vinyl records?
We accept returns on defective or damaged media within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of limited editions, we cannot offer returns on opened, non-defective vinyl records.
What should I do if my record arrives warped or damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to combine it with other orders or adjust shipping costs as our fulfillment system processes them individually.
